Oil, Acetate, and Soy Ink on Masonite

This was painted in 2004 in Johnny Mayday’s garage as a gift for my wife, Tami.  The blue section represents my life before I met Tami.  The middle section represents our courting and falling in love, and the third, bright section is our life and future together.

The middle section is a photo of the I90 tunnel printed on acetate then distressed with mineral spirits and adhered to the painting.
